Stress Management/Relaxation/Time Management
·groups are run as 3 x 3hrs sessions over 8 weeks plus 2 x 30 mins personal sessions. £125 ~ £175, varies according to group size
·one-to-one 4 x 1hr over 8 weeks £150
‘Life Change’
·One-to-one sessions: 3-6 1hr sessions depending on agreed plan after initial consultation. Initial session: £55 for 1hr 15 mins; further sessions £45
Business Health & Wellbeing Services:
We offer health screening at large group discounts. This can included discounts for employees family members. Screening packages can be tailored.
Lifeskills for the Workplace: as above, also Presentation, Sales and Marketing skills. Workshops, mentoring, appraisal and performance related assessments, at your premises or off site.
