Peter Matthews is trained and experienced in health screening and fitness assessment, including nutritional guidance. All test and screening results are available during the consultation session. Lifestyle change support is available as a series of 6 sessions over 4 months.
Tricia Roche is the lead partner for emotional and mental wellbeing, supporting clients through times of stress and change with a focus on solutions that make a long term difference. Training and experience gained through working in the NHS, Third Sector organisations, businesses and in private practice.

·Blood pressure, Pulse rate, rhythm and strength, Body Fat and Body Mass tests are straightforward and, like all our results, are fully explained
·Cholesterol, Glucose, Haemoglobin, can all be tested by a blood prick process
·Lung Function and Osteoporosis tests are carried out with latest machinery
·Assessment of body strength and flexibility, using comfortable, simple activity
·Lifestyle assessment and guidance, identifying the key areas for change that will make a real difference
